Return Policy

Online Order Return Policy:
Crawford Collections will gladly accept full-priced merchandise returns for a full refund within 10 days from the date of delivery with a copy of the original packing list/receipt. Merchandise will only be accepted if items have not been worn, altered, or washed. All tags must be attached and undamaged. We cannot provide a refund for goods received after the 10-day period.

Crawford Collections reserves the right to deny a refund if the goods are not returned in a manner that meets the return policy requirements.

All discounted and sale items are FINAL SALE. No refunds, exchanges or store credit. This includes anything that was marked down or purchased with a discount.

Shipping and handling charges for returns are non-refundable.

DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.

Please note: Crawford Collections is a small boutique with limited quantities of merchandise. If for some reason the item you have purchased is no longer in stock, we will try to order the item from the designer or we will fully refund your purchase if the item is unavailable. Either way, we will contact you about issues with your purchase as soon as possible.
